About Crescent Court Crescent Court in Rhyl is a supported living scheme dedicated to helping individuals between 16 – 25 year olds who are experiencing homelessness by providing them with a safe place to stay and the support they need to regain independence. Providing support with residents with life skills, tenancy management, and accessing services that help them move towards independent living. The work is both challenging and rewarding, requiring empathy, resilience, and a commitment to making a difference.
