Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team of social care professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
* Develop and implement care plans for clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
* Conduct regular team meetings to discuss case updates, share best practices, and address any challenges.
* Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching to promote professional development.
* Collaborate with external agencies and stakeholders to enhance service delivery and meet client needs effectively.
* Manage resource allocation within the team, ensuring that services are delivered efficiently and within budget.
* Maintain comprehensive records and documentation in accordance with legal and organizational requirements.
Requirements
* Qualified in social care with relevant professional accreditation and experience in a management role.
* Strong understanding of social care legislation, policies, and procedures.
* Proven track record of leading and developing a successful team in a social care setting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Demonstrable experience in case management, care planning, and quality assurance.
* Ability to analyze data and implement improvements based on findings.
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
