Our client is seeking a Compliance Investigator to join their dynamic team based in Oxford with travel to various UK sites. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in maintaining compliance within a leading aviation maintenance organisation. The Role As a Compliance Investigator, you'll conduct thorough investigations into compliance-related incidents, discrepancies and safety concerns. Using proven methodologies such as Root Cause Analysis (RCA), you'll identify systemic issues and implement corrective actions. You'll work closely with Quality Assurance teams, support audits and ensure adherence to UK CAA/EASA Part 145 and other regulatory frameworks.
