Are you an experienced Construction Administrator, Project Support Officer, or Bid Coordinator looking for your next opportunity in the construction and engineering sector?
My clientis seeking a Project Administrator to join their Pre-Construction Division. This is a permanent, full-time role based in Gillingham ideal for someone with a background in M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) or pre-construction support.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to the pre-construction team
2. Maintain document registers, job folders, and project trackers
3. Prepare tender documentation, submission letters, and pricing schedules
4. Attend meetings and produce accurate minutes
5. Assist with supplier enquiries and site surveys
Essential Skills & Experience:
6. Strong communication and organisational skills
7. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
8. Experience supporting M&E projects, construction tenders, or bid processes
9. Familiarity with pre-construction workflows and documentation
Ideal Candidate Profile:
10. Previous experience in a construction administration or project coordination role
11. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
12. A proactive team player who can work independently when needed
