Learning and Development Administrator / Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a dedicated Learning and Development Administrator / Administrative Assistant with a strong background in administration, good knowledge of training management techniques and processes, and excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills. This role supports the QSHE & Energy and Training Team at a well-established company based in Derby, Derbyshire.

Job Overview
This position involves supporting the Training Department with administration and organisational needs related to training activities. The successful candidate will support the team in planning and scheduling certifications, accreditations, and development activities, ensuring all training documentation and processes are properly followed.
Duties
1. Ensure all pre-training and post-training documentation and processes are completed correctly.
2. Plan and schedule refresher certifications and accreditations.
3. Maintain administrative accuracy and ensure certifications are received.
4. Manage training expenditure against POs, invoices, and budgets.
5. Link LMS to keep training records accurate and up-to-date.
6. Track eLearning courses for all colleagues, ensuring follow-up and completion.
7. Provide training reports to stakeholders via LMS.
8. Manage the sign-off process for new starters on the LMS.
9. Oversee the Training & Career Management inbox, responding to queries.
10. Support the Apprentice & Training Manager with administrative tasks, including scheduling training, updating trackers, and managing resources.
11. Assist with induction administration, scheduling sessions and managing facilitators.
12. Schedule and coordinate IOSH training and development activities.
13. Support various administrative functions and liaise with management to obtain evidence of training.
