Level 3 Nursery Nurse – Bank Staff
Location: Quinton, Birmingham (B32)
Salary:
* Full-time equivalent: £23,000 – £27,000 per year
* Part-time equivalent: £12,000 – £16,000 per year
We are currently recruiting a qualified Level 3 Nursery Nurse to support a friendly nursery setting in Quinton (B32). This is a bank staff position, offering flexible work on either a full-time or part-time basis depending on your availability.
Key Responsibilities
* Support children aged 0–5 in a safe, nurturing nursery environment
* Assist with planning and delivering engaging early years activities
* Promote children’s development in line with the EYFS framework
* Support daily routines including play, learning, and care
* Work collaboratively with nursery staff and management
Requirements
* Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (UK recognised) – essential
* Previous UK nursery experience
* Good understanding of the EYFS framework
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain)
