Recruitment Administrator – Paying up to £12.96 p/hr
Location: Reading, Berkshire (100% office-based)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
Contract Type: Full-time, Temporary (until 31st December 2025)
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in recruitment administration, onboarding, and compliance checks within a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to recruitment teams, including handling inbound and outbound calls.
* Carry out right-to-work checks, background screening, and other pre-employment compliance tasks.
* Ensure candidates have a smooth onboarding experience and meet all legal and company requirements.
* Maintain accurate records using our recruitment software and online portals.
* Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of pre-employment checks.
* Follow up with candidates and consultants to collect missing or corrected documentation.
What We’re Looking For
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Experience in a telephone-based customer service or admin role is desirable.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Confident, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
* Familiarity with recruitment processes, HR systems, or compliance procedures is a plus.
