Your journey as a Sales Development Representative will begin with one week at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre:
* Purpose-built training location.
* Industry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions.

* Fully-paid hotel stay during training at our Learning & Development Centre in Colchester, depending on travel time and distance.
* An exciting second week at the L&D Centre within your first five to six weeks of employment.
How you will make an impact as a Sales Development Representative at haart Estate Agents in Leagrave:
* Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly business targets.
* Acting as the custodian of the Spicerhaart Ways for Valuation generation activities within the branch.
* Proactively communicating valuation opportunities through high outbound call volumes using ROSIE software.
* Fulfilling call-out campaigns targeted at properties for sale, maintaining ROSIE standards.
* Attending morning meetings with updates on valuation pipelines.
* Leading as the Canvassing Champion, implementing door-knocking and zonal canvassing strategies, tracking new listings, withdrawals, and lead opportunities. Ensuring ROSIE is used effectively to manage leads.
* Engaging in daily 1:1 meetings with your line manager for coaching and business development.
* Managing portal opportunities via Rightmove and On The Market daily.
* Responding to intranet leads daily.
* Using ROSIE to communicate frequently with Local Owner to Sell (LOTS) customers, aiming to close valuation opportunities.
* Generating referral business through excellent customer engagement.
* Participating in local canvassing and prospecting activities, including social media, door knocking, telephone prospecting, and leaflet distribution. Building your personal brand via social media and video.
* Handling inbound calls, ensuring applicant registration, and identifying opportunities for valuations, viewings, and financial services.
* Seeking opportunities for 5-star Google reviews from engaged customers to enhance brand and personal reputation.

To be eligible to apply, you will need:
