Workforce Planning Lead - Belfast - Permanent

The role:
You will focus on strategic workforce planning and analytics, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to build a future-ready workforce.
The main responsibilities:
* Design and implement workforce planning frameworks aligned to business strategy.
* Analyse workforce data, trends, and capability gaps to generate actionable insights.
* Facilitate scenario planning and executive workshops to gain senior buy-in.
* Develop tools, dashboards, and reporting to monitor progress and impact.
* Partner with HR and business leaders to embed sustainable workforce planning practices.
The ideal candidate:
* Proven experience in workforce planning and organisational design.
* Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior level.
* Analytical and data-driven mindset, with excellent problem-solving skills.
* Commercial awareness and the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.
