Accountant Location: Aberdeen, UK Approach: Hybrid Remote, typically 3 days per week in the office Contract: Permanent, full-time To further strengthen our team, we are looking for an Accountant to support our growing UK business. What you can expect Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. Maintain and reconcile bank accounts and intercompany transactions. Prepare and reconcile balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports. Ensure compliance with UK GAAP or IFRS accounting standards. Assist in internal and external audits as required. Contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes and controls. What you bring Ideally ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified Previous experience in accounting or finance roles, ideally within an international environment. Knowledge of UK GAAP or relevant local accounting principles; IFRS is a plus. Pro-active approach with a desire to continually improve A structured, reliable, and goal-oriented way of working. Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
