We are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant (Part Time) for a reputable organisation based in Birmingham on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for: Credit control duties including liaising with customers to retrieve money owed Producing accurate creditor reports Inputting purchase invoices and expenses into the accounts software Reconciling supplier statements Preparing weekly payment runs Other duties as may be required to assist the day to day running of the finance department The ideal candidate will: Have experience of the above duties Possess strong IT and finance system skills as well as good MS Excel skills Have a positive attitude with the ability to juggle a number of tasks while staying calm under pressure Be eager to learn, but also possess a great amount of knowledge in finance and experience of working within a busy office environment Contact details: To discuss this role in more detail please contact Ryan O’Toole
