You will join a leading media and entertainment law firm, widely recognised for its work across sectors such as music, publishing, film, and television. The firm has a long-standing reputation for providing high-quality legal services to some of the most prominent clients in these industries, making it an exciting and dynamic environment.
As part of this role, you will work closely with the firm's highly regarded Employment Partner, whose practice spans both contentious and non-contentious matters.
You will advise employers and employees across the full spectrum of employment law, including complex and high-value disputes cases involving TUPE, termination of employment, and discrimination claims.
Beyond contentious work, you will also assist in advising clients on a wide range of issues such as drafting and negotiating employment documentation, employee-relations issues, termination arrangements, and advising on the employment aspects of corporate transactions. You can also expect to advise on share and equity related structures.
