In-house Employment Counsel 5 PQE Bournemouth - hybrid working Public and private sector experience accepted Responsibilities: As Senior Employment Counsel, your role will be to provide expert legal guidance and provide the strategic vision and direction and management of employment legal issues. You will carry out a wide range of legal work and provide advice and guidance, as well as negotiate and resolve disputes. Responsibility for line management and mentoring of a trainee solicitor or apprentice solicitor within the legal team. Management of all employment contracts including employment Contracts; Pay Disputes; termination and cessation of employment; TUPE issues and oversight of Employment Tribunals Application Criteria: A qualified Solicitor or Barrister with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience.
