* Maintain the fixed asset register.
* Reconcile Cash and Banking
* Preparation of periodic VAT Returns
* Submission of Goods and Services Tax return (GST)
* Assist with the preparation of month end journals such as prepayments, accruals and depreciation.
* Oversee the US Stock Reconciliation
* Maintain HSBC Import Funding where applicable
* Create and maintain monthly P&L and BS reconciliation templates
* Obtain and post AMEX Statements
* Obtain and post HSBC Corporate Credit Card Statements
* Assist with production on month end Management Accounts
* Assist with Management Accounts during times of absence
