What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead and inspire a team of Acquisition Managers to achieve new site targets.
* Implement regional strategies in collaboration with the Commercial Acquisition Director.
* Recruit, train, and develop top talent within the team.
* Oversee key performance indicators, including site acquisitions, model GP, and profitability.
* Drive efficiency and customer satisfaction through strategic planning and execution.
* Coach team members on revenue forecasting, rental strategies, and quick‑profit initiatives.
