We seek a progressive Programme Manager who will play a pivotal role in shaping our electrification strategy, overseeing projects from conception to completion. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure that our projects are delivered on time and within budget.

* Provide visionary leadership for electrification projects, ensuring they are executed with the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
* Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our electrification offering.
* Lead project teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives and industry standards.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
* Monitor project performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
* Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.

About you…. (what you are skilled at)
* Proven experience in programme management, preferably within the infrastructure or electrification sectors.
* Familiarity with electrification systems, power distribution, and infrastructure development, including an understanding of relevant technologies and best practices.
* Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with a focus on delivering projects within a framework environment.
* Previous experience working for a tier one contracting organisation
You'll bring… (your wealth of experience & qualifications)
* A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as electrical engineering, civil engineering, project management, or a related discipline.
* In-depth knowledge of electrification systems, power distribution, and related infrastructure, including familiarity with electrical codes and standards.
* Experience working in OLE infrastructure delivering E&P schemes.
* Experience working in 11kv or 33kv substations.
* Proven experience in Senior project management, especially in overseeing electrification projects from initiation to completion.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and sustainability.
