We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Advisor to join our Care Leavers service in Dorset. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a lasting difference to the lives of young people aged 16–25 as they transition from care to independent living.
As a Personal Advisor, You Will
* build trusting, supportive relationships with care leavers
* provide practical and emotional support to help young people develop independence skills
* develop and review Pathway Plans tailored to individual needs and aspirations
* work in partnership with internal teams and external agencies (housing, education, health, employment services)
* support young people to access education, training, employment and safe accommodation
* advocate for young people to ensure their voices are heard
We Are Looking For Someone Who
* has experience working with young people
* understands the challenges faced by care leavers
* has strong communication and relationship‑building skills
* is organised, resilient and able to work independently as well as part of a team
* is committed to achieving positive outcomes for young people

Further Information: This is a full‑time role, but there are part‑time hours available. This post requires significant travel.
