 
        We are currently looking for a Jointer Mate to join our team working across Essex and surrounding areas. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or develop their career in the utilities sector, working alongside experienced jointers on a variety of electricity connection projects. You will assist with site preparation, cable handling, and support jointing activities, with opportunities to develop your skills and progress further in the future. Experience is desirable but not essential – we’re looking for someone reliable, hard-working, and eager to learn. What will I be doing? Working as part of our team, you’ll assist in the delivery of electricity connection projects by: Supporting trained jointers with jointing activities and site setup Pulling, laying, and preparing LV cables for new connections and upgrade Ensuring safe, efficient, and tidy working environment Following all safety procedures and company protocol Keeping vehicles and work areas clean, organised, and well-stocked Taking on opportunities for training and development in electrical jointing What do you need to have?
