About the Role As a Production Operative you will be trained to work with tools and machinery to support safe and efficient production with high‑quality results. Duties also include: Operate machinery safely Meet production targets Load and unload materials Maintain cleanliness of work areas Participate in training This role helps us deliver high‑quality products and supports our purpose across the business. This position is based at our Waresley site, which is near to Hartlebury and Rushock, easily commutable from Stourport-on-Severn, Kidderminster, Bewdley, Droitwich Spa and Bromsgrove.
