This is a pivotal role that ensures our clients receive exceptional, reliable care. You’ll be responsible for coordinating schedules, supporting care staff, and keeping everything running smoothly — while stepping in to cover care calls when needed.
What you’ll do
* Create and manage weekly rotas to make sure every client receives the care they need
* Carry out regular care visits (including occasional evenings and weekends)
* Problem-solve day-to-day scheduling and client queries
* Manage staff absence and allocate calls effectively
* Support with training and induction of new staff
* Ensure continuity and reliability of care for all clients
About you
* Highly organised with a people-first approach
* Confident communicator who remains calm and positive under pressure
* Comfortable using IT systems for scheduling and planning
* A reliable team player who motivates and supports others
* Energetic, dedicated, and committed to delivering excellent service
* Keen to grow and develop within a supportive company
What we offer
* £24,000 – £26,000 salary (depending on experience)
* 37.5 – 40 hours per week
