A successful and established multi agency is looking for a Sales Progressor to join their team in the Surrey area.
Package: £24,360 and OTE up to £28,000
Working Week: Monday to Friday
Holiday entitlement: 33 days paid holiday
Role Responsibilities:
Handle a busy pipeline of property transactions from sale agreed until completion, communicating and working with solicitors, mortgage brokers, agents, vendors and buyers.
Providing regular updates where appropriate through the sales chain.
Ensuring communications and actions in the sale are recorded to support managing the progression of the sales effectively.
Drive Agreed sales forward until successful completion.
Experience sought:
* A year's Sales progression experience.
* Strong understanding of the property and mortgage process.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* A proactive, confident and resilient work practice.
* Able to meet deadlines & work under pressure.
* Able to use empathy in a work environment.
