My client based in Huntingdon are currently recruiting for Sales Support Coordinator to join their team on a full time permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised, and a career-minded individual joining the commercial team.
This is an entry-level position designed for someone serious about developing a long-term career in sales. You'll play a key role in supporting our account managers and helping to keep sales operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Responding to incoming enquiries via phone and email
• Coordinating and dispatching product samples to clients
• Preparing documents and assisting with general sales admin
• Keeping records up to date in our CRM system
• Re-engaging with dormant leads and assisting with follow-ups
• Providing general day-to-day support to the sales team
What we're looking for:
• A mature, professional approach with a strong work ethic
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication
• A willingness to learn and take initiative
• Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced office environment
• Full UK driving licence preferred
• A BSc or equivalent qualification is preferred, but not essential if you can demonstrate maturity, capability, and motivation
