About you
* Strong IT skills, including intermediate-level Excel and Microsoft Office
* Experience using operating systems, ideally Sage Line 200 with knowledge of BOMs and Works Orders
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Confident problem-solver with a proactive, can-do approach
* Able to work effectively both independently and within a team
* Excellent communication and administrative skills
* Keen to learn, develop, and progress within your role
What you'll do
* Allocate stock to sales and works orders to support production and fulfilment
* Monitor component orders to ensure deliveries remain on track
* Maintain accurate stock records and carry out cycle counts
* Resolve stock queries and support warehouse performance targets
* Update and maintain operating system information
* Support outbound freight and service levels
* Provide general administrative support to the purchasing and warehouse teams
