We're looking for a highly organised Planning and Stock Coordinator to help keep our production running smoothly and efficiently.
The Role
4 on 4 off shift pattern
This is a key role within our planning team, responsible for managing daily and weekly production schedules, maintaining accurate stock levels, and supporting the wider supply chain. You'll be the link between planning and operations, ensuring everything is in place for successful production.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily and weekly planning in the ERP system (Prophet)
* Communicate and coordinate works orders with the production team
* Monitor and maintain accurate live stock figures
* Close jobs in ERP with full traceability for invoicing and reporting
* Organise stock checks and ensure data accuracy
* Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure smooth production flow
* Investigate and resolve stock movement discrepancies
* Support training and development of team members
* Assist with traceability exercises and audit preparation
* Refine and finalise daily production plans based on internal and external factors
What You'll Bring
* Experience in a busy office or production planning environment
* Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Prophet preferred) and MS Office (Excel, Word)
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Confident decision-making and problem-solving abilities
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
* Understanding of supply chain processes
* GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent); a degree in Logistics or Business is a plus
