Working closely with employers, community partners and internal teams, you’ll play a key role in creating opportunities, building relationships and transforming lives through education and training.
Key Responsibilities
* Recruit and enrol learners onto apprenticeship and employability programmes
* Promote training opportunities through employer, community and outreach activity
* Match learners to vacancies, apprenticeships and progression opportunities
* Build relationships with employers and partners to support learner outcomes
* Advertise vacancies and maintain accurate learner records and KPI reports
* Support recruitment events, engagement activities and compliance processes
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* A Level 3 qualification in Customer Service, Business Administration or a related subject
* Level 2 English and Maths
* Experience in a customer-facing, advisory or learner engagement role
* Experience in recruitment, onboarding, employability or engagement activities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
* Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to meet targets in a fast-paced environment
