Join Our Team as a Junior Sous Chef

You will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering 14 great shifts each week, ensuring prep work is completed daily and dishes are made to specification.

What You'll Bring
* Experience as a Junior Sous Chef or an experienced Chef ready to take the next step in your career
* Experience working with fresh ingredients and strong chef/kitchen skills (food prep, hot and cold, cleaning, knife skills, good hygiene practices)
* Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
* Self-motivated, able to work at pace with limited supervision
* Strong knowledge of allergen management, kitchen essentials, and food safety practices
