The Software Development Skills Bootcamp is an intensive, hands-on training programme designed to equip participants aged 19 with the essential skills needed for an entry level data administration, software or technical sales role. Over the course of 12 weeks (full time, 9 - 5), trainees will learn key Software Development, data, project management, and workplace skills through instructor-led learning and hands-on experience of using modern day tools. The program emphasises teamwork, problem-solving, and gaining work ready skills, ensuring participants are job-ready upon completion. The program includes full career support along the journey. As a part of the programme, successful candidates are guaranteed an interview with a local employer. Providing all candidates with a valuable stepping stone into office based roles, and increasing their employment prospects significantly.
