The Role
You'll take ownership of your own class within EYFS, KS1, or KS2, supported throughout by a structured induction programme and close mentoring. Leadership is hands-on and accessible, ensuring you have every opportunity to develop your classroom practice, build confidence, and progress your career.
The Ideal Candidate
Currently completing a PGCE or teacher training programme leading to QTS
Genuinely passionate about primary education
Enthusiastic, reflective, and keen to grow
A strong communicator with excellent organisational skills
Committed to high expectations, inclusion, and engaging classroom environments
