Role Details Role: Secondary SEN Teacher Location: Thrapston Contract: Full-time, Permanent Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm Setting: On-site, SEN & Alternative Provision Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to individual student needs Support pupils with SEN, SEMH, and additional behavioural needs Create a safe, positive, and structured learning environment Encourage student progress, wellbeing, and independence Work collaboratively with support staff, SENCO, and wider school teams Promote positive behaviour and strong student relationships Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience or strong interest in SEN, SEMH, or Alternative Provision Strong behaviour management and communication skills Patient, adaptable, and compassionate approach to teaching Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle Join a team where every day is an opportunity to change lives through education.
