Become a Care Navigator at Watton Medical Practice

Are you ready to make a real difference in people's lives—every single day? Watton Medical Practice is excited to offer a rewarding opportunity to join our reception team as a Care Navigator.

This isn't your typical front desk role. As a Care Navigator, you'll be at the heart of our patient experience, helping individuals access the care they need with compassion, clarity, and confidence. You'll work closely with patients, clinicians, and the wider practice team to ensure every interaction is smooth, supportive, and solution-focused.

What You'll Be Doing:

* Welcoming patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism, creating a calm and friendly environment.
* Handling incoming calls and website queries, offering clear guidance and empathetic support.
* Managing appointments and maintaining accurate patient records with precision and care.
* Navigating patients to the most appropriate services and clinicians based on their needs.
* Proactively inviting patients for health checks, immunisations, and other eligible services.
* Supporting the clinical team with administrative tasks and contributing to a seamless care journey.
