Requirements
A Charlotte Tilbury Retail Expert is the heart of the store, empowering customers to achieve confidence through expert artistry, product knowledge, and emotional connection. You must adapt your style to each customer and work at a fast pace to exceed KPIs.

You will have
* Ideally an NVQ‑3 in Beauty Therapy.
* Experience as a Sales Advisor, preferably from a fast‑paced environment such as beauty, retail or FMCG.
* Aspiration to join a disruptive beauty brand and love of Charlotte Tilbury products.
* Experience applying makeup and adapting style to different customers.
