Key Responsibilities:
Provide a warm, professional welcome to residents, guests, and visitors
Deliver high-level concierge services including bookings, recommendations, and guest assistance
Manage front desk operations and maintain a polished lobby environment
Handle deliveries, reservations, and resident requests efficiently
Liaise with housekeeping, security, and management teams
Maintain discretion and professionalism when dealing with high-profile residents and guests
Ensure service standards reflect those expected in a 5? hospitality environment
Requirements:
Previous experience in a 5-star hotel, luxury residence, or premium hospitality environment
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Well-presented, professional, and confident communicator
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Knowledge of London venues, restaurants, and transport is advantageous
Flexible availability, including evenings or weekends if required
