Write and post job adverts
Source candidates via job boards, social media, and ATS
Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews
Maintain accurate recruitment and compliance records
Support candidates through the hiring and onboarding process
Work to monthly targets and KPIsWhat you'll need to succeed
Experience within recruitment
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
