Job Summary
As a Store Manager at Vision Express, you are responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day store operations, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining store standards, meeting sales targets, and handling administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory management and financial reporting.
In addition, you recruit and support staff with your peers, including the Regional Manager and Store Support Centre, and create a positive and productive work environment. You play a key role in helping customers ‘Step Out in Confidence’ by providing tailored eye‑care solutions.
