Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of motor recovery claims from first notification through to settlement.
- Negotiate with insurers, third parties and legal representatives to achieve successful recovery outcomes.
- Ensure claims are handled in line with FCA, FOS, GDPR and internal compliance requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while supporting service levels and customer outcomes.
Qualifications
- Previous experience handling motor recovery claims.
- Strong negotiation and settlement experience within a claims environment.
- Good understanding of FCA regulations and claims handling standards.
