Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the achievement, progress and pastoral provision for a year group of students.
* Have responsibility for the strategic overview of the year group, including self-evaluation and the improvement plan for the year group.
* Monitor student progress including attendance, achievement and behaviour.
Qualifications & Experience
* Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent.
* Evidence of effective continuous professional development.
* Experience coordinating a subject.
* Demonstrated awareness, understanding and commitment to the protection and safeguarding of children.
