Job Title: Access Administrator
Location: Uttoxeter, UK (Onsite 5 Days per Week)
Day Rate: £150 (Inside IR35)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Account Access Administrator to support a high-volume user access management process for a large-scale digital platform with a substantial active user base. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills who can efficiently manage access requests while maintaining accuracy and meeting strict SLAs.
Role
You will be responsible for managing user account reactivation and access reset requests, ensuring that access is restored securely and efficiently. This position requires a proactive individual who can handle a steady flow of tickets, verify user information, and maintain a clear audit trail of all actions taken.
Job Responsibilities/Objectives
* Process account reset and reactivation requests in a timely manner
* Verify user details prior to granting access
* Ensure all requests are handled in line with agreed SLAs
* Manage a consistent volume of tickets (approximately 50 per week)
* Maintain accurate records and audit logs of all activities
* Communicate effectively with end users regarding their requests
Required Skills/Experience
* Strong administrative and organisational skills
* Experience working with ticketing systems
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to manage high-volume workloads efficiently
* Strong communication skills when interacting with end users
