Research Analyst Your team Reporting into the Research Manager, the Research Analyst will join our Market & Competitor Research team within Flutter UK&I. In this role you will lead on market and brand performance measurement initiatives across our UK&I Gaming businesses. A key part of this role will be the in-house management, analysis and reporting of a Gaming brand tracker. The brand tracker, along with other complementary data sources, provides vital information that you will use to help our businesses understand performance against their respective strategies and identify opportunities for growth. What you’ll do Act as the “voice of the punter” to enable informed decisions based on deep customer understanding and insight Own the in-house Gaming brand tracker at all stages, from project, supplier and data management through to analysis and reporting Ensure smooth running of tracking project, meeting regular monthly reporting deadlines Leverage multiple data sources to consistently deliver actionable insight in an impactful and engaging way Work with key internal partners to understand, refine and answer their key business questions Work closely with other insight/analytic teams across the business to deliver a comprehensive view of the customer and/or brand performance How you’ll do it Excellent project management skills Numerate with experience in research or data driven environments Sophisticated use of Microsoft Excel Experience of statistical packages – particularly, Q Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced, digital environment Strong communication and presentation skills The ability to distil large amounts of data into actionable recommendations Strong intuition for business and the ability to see commercial opportunities Proactive mind-set (crucial), industry knowledge (highly desirable) Ability to think logically and strategically Confirmed Insight experience with either a research agency or an in-house client research team Regular travel between Dublin, London, Leeds About Flutter UK & Ireland Extraordinary starts here.
