Main Responsibilities:
As our Document Controller, you’ll ensure the lifeblood of our projects—documentation—is organised, up-to-date, and easily accessible for the team. You’ll create efficient filing systems, manage trackers, update information via platforms like 4Projects, and assist with critical deliverables such as Health & Safety Files. This role also involves providing training, raising orders, and supporting the smooth running of our project offices.
We’re Looking For:
* Strong experience working with 4 Projects
* Ideally worked for a Main contractor in the building sector
* MS Office 2016 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Previous experience working with an engineering or construction company
* Strong administration skills
* Fast and accurate IT skills
