A Typical Day In This Role Includes
* Work closely alongside the technical implementation specialists to expand website data coverage and depth
* Use SQL and Big Query, to produce always-on comprehensive reports to consolidate key onsite customer journeys metrics and critical commercial KPIs.
* Collaborate with wider AS Watson teams, to drive innovation in reporting and visualization.
* Engage with stakeholders to gather priorities for ad-hoc queries.
* Present key findings and recommendations to a variety of stakeholders
* Grow business understanding of digital performance through GA4 website and app reporting
* Support in the execution of the wider digital data strategy.
This role will be a good fit for you if:
* Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Big Query
* Proven experience working with SQL or DAX, bonus; Python/R language.
* Experience consolidating and transforming datasets within a single platform
* Proven experience of developing and maintaining dashboards that are impactful and clearly demonstrate solutions to business questions by using data
* Strong proficiency of all Microsoft tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
* An ability to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Team player and self-starter, with strong time management and an ability to effectively manage different project deadlines.
* Passionate about digital analytics and a keen interest in working across eCommerce functions to further business performance.
