Position
TJX Europe is recruiting Loss Prevention Officers for the TK Maxx Glasgow Fort Retail Park Store. The role is full‑time (37.5 hours) Monday to Sunday.
Responsibilities
* Provide a positive customer experience by acting as a visible, friendly, approachable presence at entrance doors.
* Detract loss on the sales floor while serving as an ambassador for the loss prevention function.
* Collaborate closely with the store team to maintain product security and resolve conflicts effectively when required.
* Remain calm and professional under pressure.
Qualifications
* Experience in a customer‑facing role within a fast‑paced retail environment or in a security guard role is ideal but not essential.
* Self‑motivated, resilient, and driven to make a difference with strong communication skills.
