Our client, is currently seeking a Highway Project Manager to join their team on a contract basis. Key Responsibilities: Own and lead the project management process, encouraging teams to deliver the right solutions to the agreed programme and mentoring less experienced members. Prioritising client satisfaction through building and maintaining strong relationships with the client and colleagues to ensure effective co-ordination. Managing resources effectively, including remote resources, to meet fluctuating workloads. Working with clients and design teams to deliver compliant designs on time and within budget, meeting H&S, CDM, QA, and technical review requirements. Developing relationships with other teams to utilise additional resources as required. Agreeing fees and managing the commercial position on projects. Producing project controls reports to meet client and business requirements. Developing, maintaining, and implementing stakeholder management plans. Ensuring invoicing and cash collection is undertaken in accordance with business processes and procedures. Job Requirements: Experience of working within the Civils/Highways sector in either project management, business administration, or financial planning. Experience in managing a range of project management activities, systems (including enterprise resource planning), and processes. Strong organisational skills and excellent communication abilities.
