Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilities
* Implement a comprehensive Data, Analytics, and Information Management strategy.
* Lead a multidisciplinary team of data analysts, information specialists, and reporting professionals.
* Ensure robust data governance and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, NHS data standards).
* Drive the use of advanced analytics, business intelligence tools, and predictive modelling to enhance healthcare services.
* Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including clinicians, executives, and operational managers, to support evidence-based decision-making.
* Improve data accessibility, workforce digital competence, and performance monitoring frameworks.
* Identify opportunities for digital transformation and innovation within information management.
