Key responsibilities Processing time sheets and preparing monthly payroll information to be sent across to the accountants. Maintain subcontractor invoices Preparing all creditor payments On boarding of new employees Monitoring staff holiday/sickness etc. Processing sales invoices and monthly statements Processing expenses claims from employees Reconcile supplier statements Deal with insurance renewals for fleet vehicles Maintain all fuel card records The ideal candidate SAGE 50 knowledge would be an advantage Key benefits £28,000 - £30,000 Monday to Friday flexible working hours Pension scheme 25bank holidays Private health care On-site parking (excellent Bolton based location)
