About the role
As Account Manager, you'll act as the main point of contact for your clients - providing strategic guidance, day-to-day support, and hands-on campaign management. You'll plan, execute and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and paid social channels, ensuring each campaign achieves its objectives and delivers maximum ROI.
While the primary focus is on paid media and performance marketing, any experience with SEO will be an advantage, though not essential. You'll also collaborate closely with the wider in-house team to deliver fully integrated marketing solutions that drive growth for your clients.
Key responsibilities
Build and manage strong client relationships, becoming a trusted partner and advisor.
Plan, launch, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and paid social platforms.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing clear reports and actionable insights.
Work collaboratively with designers, copywriters, and digital specialists to deliver integrated strategies.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing.
Attend occasional meet-ups at the Birmingham office to collaborate with the wider team.
What we're looking for
Minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience running paid advertising campaigns (Google & Metal) - essential.
Previous agency experience - you'll be comfortable juggling multiple clients and deadlines.
Solid understanding of performance marketing principles and how to drive measurable ROI.
Strong communication skills - confident presenting to clients and reporting results clearly.
Highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive in solving problems.
SEO knowledge
Available to start immediately.
What's on offer
Competitive salary of £30,000-£35,000 depending on experience.
Fully remote working with flexible hours to suit your lifestyle.
Friendly, supportive team culture with regular in-person meet-ups in Birmingham.
The chance to work with a diverse client base and develop your skills in a collaborative agency environment.
If you're ready to take the next step in your performance marketing career and join a growing full-stack agency, we'd love to hear from you.
