As an Associate Director, you will:
* Lead and deliver high-quality market research.
* Manage and grow your own client portfolio.
* Analyse and synthesise complex data to uncover actionable insights.
* Mentor and train junior team members.
* Build lasting relationships with clients, ensuring they come to you with new RFPs.
The ideal candidate will:
* Have 6+ years’ experience in healthcare market research or a similar field.
* Be commercially savvy, with a keen eye for client growth.
* Have experience in running qualitative research projects from end to end. Experience with quantitative methods is a bonus.
