Introduction At Bamara, we are seeking a dedicated Mentor's to join our team in Tamworth region As part of the Inclusive Employment Australia department, you will play a pivotal role in supporting people living with disability, injury or health conditions to unlock meaningful and sustainable employment opportunities. Description Key responsibilities and main tasks include: C ollaborate with jobseekers to uncover their strengths, skills and employment goals. Partner with local employers and community groups to unlock inclusive work opportunities Provide tailored pre-employment guidance and ongoing post-placement support Achieve real, measurable outcomes for your community. Providing guidance and support to individuals seeking employment within diverse communities. Developing and delivering tailored mentoring programs to assist individuals in overcoming barriers to employment. Building strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and aspirations and providing appropriate support and advice. Collaborating with other team members to ensure cohesive delivery of services and maximise client outcomes. Delivering group workshops and one-to-one mentoring sessions to equip individuals with essential employability skills. Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and progress, adhering to confidentiality and data protection policies. Staying abreast of industry trends, best practices, and legislative changes to inform service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, empathy, cultural sensitivity, and a passion for empowering others.
