*This is an all year round role- we are not a term time preschool, expected hours Monday - Friday 8:15am - 5:30pm.
We are expanding our wonderful team We are looking for an experienced Level 3 practitioner to become a member of our welcoming and inclusive team. We are a small and friendly preschool with a homely feel. We excel on providing a safe and secure environment for the children in our care and provide a fun and exciting provision to allow children to thrive during our time with us
As a practitioner you must be able to show initiative and creativity to encourage an environment where young children are supported and encouraged to achieve their full potential.
A good knowledge of the EYFS is essential and you must have a childcare qualification such as NVQ/CACHE level 3 or higher.
Key responsibilities of this role are :
* To be a key person to a group of children
* To be proactive in the process of observations and activity planning to support and extend children's learning
* Ensure that all children attending the setting are kept safe and receive the very highest standard of care, learning and play
* To be able to work as part of a team
* Develop and maintain good working relationships with parents
