Property Administrator / Trainee Block Manager Watford (office based) c£30k to start
Were working with a well-established Property Consultancy who are looking to hire an accomplished Property Administrator / Trainee Block Manager to support their existing Block Management team as follows:
Working office based in Watford, 9am to 5pm Mon-Thu and 9am to 4pm on Friday
Assisting with day-to-day block managementduties
Responding to leasehold enquiries and coordinating documentation
Supporting general insurance administration and renewals
Dealing with service charge queries
Processing deed of covenant requests and lease extensions
Handling freehold consents for property changes
Suitable Property Administrators / Trainee Block Managers will ideally have 1+ years previous property experience, their own vehicle, a stable career history, excellent communication skills and the desire to commit and progress long term.
Salary for the successful Property Administrator / Trainee Block Manager will start at up to £30k with reviews and uplifts based on tenure and performance.
