You will have
* A relevant Degree or HND (preferred but not essential)
* Professional membership of RICS, CIOB, ICE, CIBSE, or similar (desirable)
* Strong experience as a Planner or Scheduler within the construction or civil engineering sectors
* Broad knowledge of construction methods and techniques
* Knowledge of various contract types and planning requirements within contracts
* Expertise in industry-standard planning tools and software
* Ability to adapt quickly and positively to changing priorities and demands
* Experience in producing, maintaining, and controlling project programmes at different project stages
* Good understanding of productivity measurement, change control, and risk management strategies
